Local Agent is Welcomed to Chicago Real Estate Brokerage Dream Town

Ms. Sullivan officially started with the company in mid-November. She is the second real estate sales consultant introduced to the Dream Town roster last month.

Ms. Sullivan's main focus is buyer and seller services for residential transactions. Prior to getting her real estate license, she worked for three years with a leasing brokerage and several years before that in sales. She relocated to Chicago after completing her undergraduate degree at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

"I come from a family of real estate professionals," said Ms. Sullivan. "Both my father and brother are in the business and we share a proclivity for negotiation and putting our clients' needs above all else."

With a B.A. in Communications, Ms. Sullivan understands the relevance of providing pertinent information and upfront terms in high-stakes situations.
