Fort Wayne, IN, December 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Celebrate the holiday season by sending a premium card and g3c will donate 50-75% of all proceeds to three deserving charities.
g3c LLC, Great Games, Good Causes™, announces the launch of Wishing Well Cards™, a new virtual card application for Facebook. When users send one of the premium holiday cards, g3c will make a donation to one of three deserving charities.
g3c, a new Fort Wayne, Indiana based company, develops social networking entertainment, including games and other applications, but with a twist. g3c wants to show that you can have fun and share goodwill at the same time. "We came together to start g3c because we believe that it is possible to have fun playing on line games or sending cards but to also channel that fun to support individuals, families, and children in need," says Melinda Schriver, CEO of g3c.
g3c partnered with Signity Solutions to develop the Wishing Well Cards application. The first cards for this new application can be sent to your Facebook friends for Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa. Some of the cards are free to send but when an individual purchases one of the premium cards, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to one of three charities, including Feeding America, Save the Children, or Toys for Tots. The user selects the charity. The premium card prices are $1 or $2 and 50% to 75% of the proceeds from each token purchase will be donated to charity.
If you want to send a card and also donate to a deserving charity, please check out Wishing Well Cards on Facebook. Search for "Wishing Well Cards" on your home page. Click on the link on the Wishing Well Cards page.
