St. Charles, IL, October 12, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Last Atlantis Capital Management, LLC (St. Thomas, USVI) announced the appointment of Margaret Bogenrief to the firm’s marketing team. Ms. Bogenrief will develop new business for Last Atlantis Partners, the firm’s master-feeder fund which consists of sixteen segregated share classes, eleven of which are currently open to investors.

She created and implemented sales and retention programs for the company’s consumer operations, and managed vendor contract, systems, and sales-and-marketing operations for the product line.
Ms. Bogenrief also founded and served as president of Onward and Upward, a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating the suffering of children orphaned by the AIDS epidemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As a senior instructor with Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, Ms. Bogenrief marketed Kaplan programs through teaching demonstrations, and dramatically increased sales and new client relationships in both centers. As a public relations account executive with Boelter+Lincoln, she managed beginning-stage client relationships in both the private and public sectors.
Ms. Bogenrief also held numerous positions at WKOW-TV in Madison, WI, including executive news producer, anchor and reporter. Ms. Bogenrief holds BA degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She is completing master degree study in Business Administration and Public Policy from The University of Chicago, where she has been an active member of the Investment Banking, Retail, Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, and Private Equity, and Chicago Women in Business Clubs, and 100 Women in Hedge Funds Group.
