Former ReadSoft CTO Markus Ament Joins Management Board of Taulia

San Francisco, CA, December 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Effective today, Markus Ament will join Taulia Inc., provider of the leading dynamic discounting solution, as CFO and VP Products and Solutions.

Markus Ament joins Taulia from Readsoft, where he acted as CTO and Board Member for ReadSoft US and as Board Member at ReadSoft’s SAP Labs. While at ReadSoft, Markus was responsible for global project rollouts for customers including Kellogg’s, Sony, DuPont, Lockheed Martin and Siemens. Markus was a founding member of Ebydos, where he was instrumental in the conception and development of the Invoice Cockpit and Web Cycle solutions. For six years, until Ebydos was acquired by ReadSoft, he also served as Ebydos’ CFO. Markus began his career in 1998 working for SAP, where he developed and deployed payment and banking solutions in the SAP Financials area.

At Taulia, Markus’ responsibilities will include products and solutions, professional services and treasury.
