Harbour Light Advertising Agency launches new website for SKINH.com, the White Mountain’s largest outdoor recreational directory promoting ski resort operations, lodging, and area attractions for New Hampshire tourism.
Portsmouth, NH, December 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Harbour Light Strategic Marketing launches the new revamp of SKI NH.com website, signifying the beginning of the skiing and riding season for many NH winter enthusiasts in the Northeast.
Harbour Light, located in Portsmouth, NH recently revamped the 2009-2010 Winter SKINH.com site, the White Mountain’s largest outdoor recreational directory promoting ski resort operations, lodging, and area attractions for New Hampshire tourism.
The fresh, new, edgy website design features video streams, live webcam shots from ski mountains throughout NH, an online photo gallery for resorts to update with skiing and riding pictures, and a special section where downhill, cross-country skiers and snow boarders can customize a mix of lift tickets creating cost saving packages to their favorite ski areas.
“The scope and requirements of SkiNH.com grow every year,” says Karl Stone, Ski NH’s Marketing Director. “In order for us to stay up with the latest demands from our visitors, we approach each winter with a fresh view. Over the past several years of working with Harbour Light, they have done an outstanding job in meeting our changing needs, while keeping the site appealing to the eye.”
“This year Ski NH wanted to ensure the website incorporated the most recent in user functionality and a completely new design,” added Ned Savoie, Creative Director of Harbour Light. “We focused our design efforts on creating a balance between the additions of technical deliverables, and maintaining a straightforward navigational structure easy for visitors to access the information they need.”
SKI NH.com has real time reporting on snow conditions, trail openings, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, apres ski entertainment, lodging packages, and activities for non-skiers and riders.
Additionally, the newly designed site includes the integration of the latest version of Savvy Content Manager software, 4 RSS feeds allowing users to sign up for automatic updates from specific areas, booking accommodation features using one inquiry form for multiple resorts, and a version designed specifically for mobile phones.
The Ski NH website represents 39 alpine and cross country resorts and more than 200 lodging properties statewide in New Hampshire.
