National Director of Business Development Joins Dual Diagnosis Company
Brentwood, TN, December 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- David Rosenker joins the Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) team as the national director of business development.
With over 30 years experience in the field of chemical dependency, David Rosenker joins the Foundations Recovery Network team as the national director of business development.

As national director of businesses development, Rosenker will be responsible for establishing a business development staff across the U.S. and integrating those staff to the clinical processes. He will also integrate business development with the FRN call center as well as establish new referral sources and techniques for soliciting business.

Before joining FRN, Rosenker worked at Caron Treatment Center as executive vice president of business development.
Through his years working in chemical dependency, Rosenker gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the specific areas of adolescent and adult treatment, adolescent development, family education, student assistance, youth tobacco cessation as well as other prevention and treatment models.
Rosenker began his career providing clinical and administrative direction for adolescent programs in Minnesota and Pennsylvania for 10 years. During his 20 years at Caron Treatment Centers, he designed and implemented numerous community and professional training programs and refined their customer service methods. He also supervised all clinical services at Caron for eight years.
In addition to his work, Rosenker has served on many community projects including Pro Kids and Community Intervention. He has also served on a variety of board positions such as The Pennsylvania Student Assistance Association, Community Prevention Partnership and Lifeworks in London and serves as a consultant to Veterans Health Initiative, an organization providing funding for veterans to receive addiction treatment.
