Under the agreement, AssureNet is authorized to market dBOSSTM to carrier, utility, enterprise, and government customers throughout the Americas. The arrangement enables AssureNet to use RidgeviewTel’s products to plan, monitor and troubleshoot the networks operated by its clients as well as bill end users.
Unlike traditional network management products, the dBOSSTM next generation platform provides insight and tools into converging broadband wireless and wireline assets overseeing performance of entire network service offerings on a single, consistent delivery platform. This unique, end-to-end visibility enables network operation teams to ensure the reliability of distributed applications and infrastructure - including those that pass through various carrier networks and service provider clouds.
