Victoria Promociones Presents at URBE 09 Their Offer of Apartments for Sale in Calpe
Calpe, Spain, December 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Despite the decline of exhibitors at the fair URBE Valencia compared to last year, this edition has managed to close more sales transactions than last year.
The Real Estate Mediterranean Fair URBE 09, took place the days 20 to 22 November at the Feria Valencia exhibition grounds. This fair had the participation of 40 exhibitors who have made public their real estate products.
At the fair many promoted new business strategies to boost the market such as sales with discounts of up to 50% or various offers to lease with a 100% finance products.
This time, many sectors that have attended this fair could find builders, promoters, public institutions, real estate, financial, banking, administrative, Internet portals, notaries, engineers and architectural firms, and all those that are associated directly or indirectly to real estate.
This year the most audience that visited the fair had the firm intention of purchasing a product.
Most of them have been interested in the subsidized housing and discounts. Most of the exhibiting companies recognize the positive growth trend of purchase by visitors compared with last year's edition.
Alvaro Mocholi, Representing of the Caja del Ahorro del Mediterraneo in Valencia, confirmed "that 50 homes have been reserved with money paid on account. We assisted to URBE, with quite aggressive offers so during the first 2 days we have recorded about 600 contacts".
Most of the exhibiting companies had prepared special offers for this fair, the number of attendees at the fair has been a big success. This deals were available only during the celebration of URBE09, becoming quite effective.
Victoria Promociones assisted the fair to make know their current offers of property for sale in Calpe, also to present to the sector and visitors their new promotion of apartments for sale with seafront in Calpe- Vista Bella.
