Rostami Magic Offers Cash Prize for Best Performance Video
Woodland Hills, CA, December 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Rostami Magic (www.RostamiMagic.com), developer of iForce, a mentalist application for the iPhone, recently announced a contest for the best customer created performance video. The prize for the first place winner is a $300 cash prize. All entries must be submitted before midnight on December 31, 2009.
iForce is a unique magic app for the iPhone, that allows you to predict anything that you can write or draw on your iPhone or iPod touch. The outcome of a future event, the thought in a spectator’s head, the possibilities are infinite. Its customizability allows you to be creative with your performance.
“We want to see what our customers are doing with iForce, so Randy and I put together a video contest,” explains Greg Rostami, one of the creators of iForce. The contest rules follow:
1. You must use iForce for the effect.
2. You can mix iForce with other magic effects or props if you wish.
3. Rostami Magic has the right to use the video to promote iForce.
4. You must post a public video on YouTube (with the ability to comment turned on).
5. The performance should be in an impromptu setting.
6. You should have a live audience.
7. Do not expose the secret(s) of iForce, either intentionally or by a poor performance.
The first place prize is $300, with the second place winner receiving autographed copies of Rostami Magic’s Stuck! and their upcoming Cosmos 2 DVDs. The third place video will win an autographed copy of Stuck!. The videos will be judged by Greg Rostami and Randy Croucher (the creators of iForce). They will be judging the videos based on the effect, the performance, creativity and the quality of the video. The deadline for video submissions is midnight, December 31, 2009. The winners will be announced on the Rostami Magic website (www.RostamiMagic.com) on January 10, 2010.
