Frank Stabler, principal of Certified Business Brokers (CBB) in Houston, earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) certification after completing The Exit Planning Institute's rigorous program. The CEPA designation has been awarded to an exclusive group of fewer than 100 business advisors worldwide.
