Business Leader Acquires Two National Magazines and Announces National Circulation Agreement
Raleigh, NC, October 16, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Business Leader, the publisher of the Triangle area’s only full-color monthly business magazine, announced today that it has acquired Opportunity World and Money ‘n Profits magazines.
As part of the transaction, Business Leader, which publishes Business Leader magazine, The Park Guide, The Corporate Relo Guide, and Commercial Real Estate Today, has announced that it has reached an agreement with a major circulation company to launch a national bi-monthly version of Business Leader in the first quarter of 2007.
“Opportunity World and Money ’n Profits have a tremendous national reach and loyal readership in the small business and business opportunity segment,” said Dan Davies, Executive Publisher of Business Leader. “We look forward to continuing these strong brands as well as launching our national Business Leader magazine focusing on leadership. This acquisition will put us in most Barnes & Noble, Borders, Staples, Office Depot and other newsstands throughout the country.”
All of the operations of Opportunity World, Money ‘n Profits and Total Business Media will be moved to Business Leader’s Raleigh, North Carolina offices.
