ImmoAmerica - The New International Real Estate Magazine

Germans with strong buying power look for homes and land in America.

Miami, FL, October 17, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Lifestyle research in Germany indicates that many Germans love the idea of owning a residence or second home in America. Now, not just in Florida, but increasingly Europeans are showing interest in new and pre-owned homes in many other states, including California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and New York. The problem has been that many do not clearly understand the buying process, or where to look for the best homes, communities, financing, and other elements of buying a home in America.

Europeans are genuinely impressed with the size and style of American homes, these days they are astonished at the affordable prices they see compared to what they are used to paying in Germany. In Europe, many live in flats or multi-family homes with about half the living space, small kitchens and baths, and not many other amenities with the home or in the community as there are in the States.

ImmoAmerica Magazine is the first publication of its kind in Germany. Due out with its premier issue in 2007, it will offer the perfect place for U.S. Home builders, Realtors, and anyone connected with the home buying & selling process, and as well as interior décor, and home improvement to advertise to the German market. Many builders and realtors across the U.S. have expressed strong interest in the publication. German Realtors are also expressing strong interest in joining ImmoAmerica’s “European Realtor Referral Program” so they can help their customers and also earn a referral commission through home sales.

ImmoAmerica Magazine is being launched in 2007 to help educate European (initially German) buyers not only about how to buy a house in America, but where the best buys are, where the best communities are, who the builders are, and a host of other elements involved in buying homes, vacation properties, land and investments. The publication is a quality and elegant layout on a large, full-color, glossy, perfect bound format.

“Immobilien” is the German word for “Real Estate”. In Italy, it’s Immobiliare, either way, the front part of the word Immo is frequently used as a conjunction, like ImmoWelt, ImmoMarket, ImmoEtc… “ImmoAmerica” fits just right as the name for a brand new magazine about Immobilien (Real Estate) in America.

ImmoAmerica is also offering a European Realtor Referral Program, a reality television show in Germany called: “Hallo America” and the “2007 ImmoAmerica International Homes Expo.”
