Visegrad Review Welcomes Submissions for 2010 Issue
The Visegrad Review--an interdisciplinary, academic journal focusing on the history, politics, society, culture and economy of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia--welcomes essay submissions for its April 2010 issue. The English-language journal will appear in printed format, as well as online, and is edited by Christopher Adam, a lecturer at Canada's Carleton University.
Ottawa, Canada, January 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Visegrad Review--an interdisciplinary, academic journal focusing on the history, politics, society, culture and economy of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia--welcomes essay submissions for its April 2010 issue. The English-language journal will appear in printed format, as well as online.
Submissions should be no longer than 25 pages in length (excluding citations) and must include complete bibliographic endnotes. All essays must be original, unpublished works that are not under review or consideration by other journals or publishers.
Please send your submission as an e-mail attachment and include a short biography of 250 words or less detailing your educational experience, academic or professional position, research interests and any other credentials.
While they are especially keen to publish essays on transnational issues that impact the Visegrad Group as a whole, the Review also welcomes papers and book reviews focusing on individual member states.
The submission deadline for all essays and book reviews is 15 February 2010.
Successful authors will be notified of any suggested editorial changes to their submission and will receive one complimentary copy of the journal upon publication.
