Mrs. McCaffery started by making lip balms, then bath salts, then solid perfumes. Some recipes worked and others did not. After much trial and error, she was finally satisfied with her first creations. Mrs. McCaffery would not stop there, because she always wanted to make soap, and so after scraping up the money for supplies, the first batch of soap was created, the wonderful combination of Lavender & Rose. Today it is one of her best sellers.
To date, Mrs. McCaffery now has over 30 varieties of soap, along with Body Sprays, All Natural Salves, talc free Body Powders, All Natural Dog products, Lip Balms and many other products. Not many people know of the Nature Maiden product line because finances are tight for Mrs. McCaffery, and therefore is unable to advertise. In August 2009, Mrs. McCaffery lost her primary job of 4.5 years. Still unable to obtain full time employment, she works everyday to search for ways to promote her website & products for free. Mrs. McCaffery tries to attend as many summer events as she can to promote her products.
The basis of the Nature Maiden line is to use ingredients obtained from Nature. No harsh chemicals. 99% of the ingredients used in Nature Maiden products are all natural. All products come with their ingredients listed, so you know what you’re getting. Except for the use of some fragrance oils, all ingredients used are all natural.
