LatPro Launches 2010 Diversity Job Fair Series in Houston
LatPro’s National Diversity Job Fair Series, in partnership with the National Society for Hispanic Professionals, will visit the Houston Westin Galleria on February 17.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL, January 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Diversity job board LatPro (www.LatPro.com), in partnership with the National Society for Hispanic Professionals (www.NSHP.org), will launch its 2010 diversity career fair series with an event for Hispanic and Bilingual professionals in Houston, Texas. The event will be held at the Westin Galleria on Thursday, February 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fair provides a unique opportunity for diversity-conscious employers to meet with professional candidates who have developed language and multicultural skills. The February fair will kick off LatPro’s 2010 season of nine diversity career fairs which will be held across the United States for Hispanic and bilingual professionals.
LatPro has decided once again to kick-off the annual tour of cities in Houston after highly successful Houston career fairs in 2006, 2008 and 2009.
“When setting the 2010 job fair calendar, we knew that we again wanted to launch our annual tour in Houston because of our history of successful events in that city,” said Ricardo Villalba, events manager for NSHP. “The caliber of jobseekers is exceptional, and there are many diversity-conscious employers in the Houston area who are looking to meet qualified Hispanic and bilingual professionals.”
Jobseekers attending the 2010 Houston Diversity Career Fair will have the opportunity to network with fellow Hispanic professionals and local chapters of Latino organizations, in addition to meeting representatives from employers such as the Transportation Security Administration, and Tupperware Brands.
