Mr. Ferguson has an established 28 year track record as an investment manager, investment banker and management consultant/crisis manager. He has 16 years of experience as a senior investment manager in event driven, distressed debt and private equity environments and 12 years of experience in investment banking and Big 6 management consulting. Mr. Ferguson was most recently employed as the senior distressed debt portfolio manager for Summit Investment Partners, a $6.0+ billion institutional asset manager, where he generated top tier investment performance on actively managed distressed and high yield investments. Previously, he managed distressed and high yield investments for Pacholder Associates, Inc. (now JP Morgan Asset Management). Mr. Ferguson began his principal investment career in the employ of a nationally recognized investor and focused on control investments, some of which were distressed at the time of acquisition. Mr. Ferguson holds a BA in Economics from Michigan State University.
