AseanMobile Pte Ltd Launches aseanmobile.mobi

Singapore, Singapore, January 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- aseanmobile.mobi is accessible via a GPRS, 3G, 3.5G or UMTS connection and includes major destinations from Southeast Asia, such as the Republic of Singapore, Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Indonesia.

An interactive Mobile Travel Guide for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand was officially launched today at http://aseanmobile.mobi - The Wireless portal assist traveler's in finding up-do-date travel details on destinations within ASEAN such as Alor Setar, Bali, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Bahru, Medan, Pattaya, Padang, Palembang, Phuket, Surabaya and Singapore.

AseanMobile Pte Ltd does not charge anything to access the destination guides on her Mobile portal and only data charges may occur from network providers.

Leisure and Business Travellers now have the opportunity to see what the region of Southeast Asia has to offer on their smartphone's.

To recoup some of the investment, AseanMobile Pte Ltd has licensed it's mobile content and converted it to Mobile Applications and is currently distributed and sold to Post and prepaid users via SingTel Singapore, Bharti Airtel India, Optus Mobile and Telstra Australia.

aseanmobile.mobi was developed by mobile entrepreneurs Wolfgang Sladkowski and Zulinda Mahmod. AseanMobile Pte Ltd has its headquarter in the Republic of Singapore. A Mobile Content development office is currently being planned in Malaysia and Afghanistan.
