Robert Platshorn, a.k.a. On Saturday the 16th the Tuna will be at the 12th Annual Medical Marijuana Concert at Miami's Tobacco Road, signing books and collecting signatures for PUFMM and NORML, to put medical marijuana on the Florida ballot. At dawn on Sunday he flies to LA to speak at the Medical Marijuana EXPO at the LA Convention Center.
The Biggest Event of the Year Since his recent release from prison, Bobby has been working to put Medical Marijuana on the Florida ballot. Platshorn explained, “This is the biggest event of the year, the one to put us over the top. It's gonna be one hell of a party. Four stages, more than a dozen of South Florida's best bands, fabulous food, generous drinks, celebrity speakers from the legal and medical community, and dancing from 4pm to 3am. This party is so big, there's a rumor that the South Beach Clubs may have to close for the night.” Big cars..Movie Stars..in an indoor/outdoor venue big enough for all. LA Medical Marijuana Expo-Medical Marijuana Inc, America's first publicly traded company for the promotion of medical marijuana, is bringing Platshorn to the left coast on Sunday for more than his entertaining smuggling tales and prison stories. Readers of Black Tuna Diaries, know that before his smuggling career, Bobby was the founder of Dynamic Reading Ltd, a successful chain of commercial learning centers in the UK and Europe. Medical Marijuana Inc. plans to use his expertise to establish nationwide learning centers for would-be medical marijuana entrepreneurs.
