Stamford Homes Makes a Return to Its Building Roots
Award-winning Stamford Homes is returning to it building roots following the multi-million pound acquisition of a new homes development in Stamford. The development at Welland Park, off Little Casterton Road, marks a return to the town for the company that started its building business there almost 60 years ago.
Peterborough, United Kingdom, January 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The acquisition of the 59-home development from Scottish-based Stewart Milne Homes was completed a few days ago – with a show home now poised for an April 2010 opening.
The development will comprise two, three, four and five-bedroom homes worth a total of £15 million.
A sales and marketing suite is currently open at the development and Stamford Homes has welcomed sales advisor Kim Lawrence to the team.
