During the audit, a comprehensive review was conducted to identify the translators' qualifications and experiences, the extent of their compliance with quality control system, confidentiality of translated material, documentation processes, and retrieval of translations. The auditing firm did not find a single major nor minor systems nonconformity requiring correction prior to the issuance of certification.

The company also has ISO 9001:2008 certification, a comprehensive standard on quality management systems and practices established by the International Organization for Standardization.
