New Reporting Features Streamline Meeting Preparation
Reporting enhancements in Profiles Professional v9.2 and Profiles Forecaster v4.2 make it easy to fully leverage their outstanding presentation options. A new streamlined approach enables advisors to quickly search and select reports, and move them in and out of a presentation or template. Client presentations can be easily previewed, updated, and reordered.

Roth IRA Conversion Calculator a Quick Win
A new calculator in Profiles Professional helps advisors quickly address client questions about how converting a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA may affect their future income and whether they should take advantage of the tax deferral option. The calculator and report are designed to engage clients and prospects in a discussion about their qualified assets and, with minimal data entry, compare strategies.

New Ebix CRM and Morningstar Integrations Improve Efficiency, Customer Service
SmartOffice integration, previously available in the desktop format of Profiles Professional, is now available in the Web-based format. It gives advisors a more holistic view of their clients and dramatically reduces data entry by automatically populating Profiles Professional with relevant data from SmartOffice, an industry-leading CRM program developed by Ebix CRM (formerly E-Z Data). As well, new integrations enable enterprise clients to export data from Profiles Professional to Advisor Workstation Enterprise Edition, Morningstar’s popular investment research and portfolio analytics platform used by more than 150,000 financial professionals; and Portfolio Builder, a portfolio construction and optimization tool. Advisors can now seamlessly transition from a macro financial planning focus to tactical investment planning.
