Lennar Jacksonville Provides Cash and Donates Toys to the Tony Boselli Foundation
Homebuilder Set to Help Build Next Foundation Community Center.
Jacksonville, FL, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Lennar Jacksonville Division recently presented more than 30 children from the Boselli Foundation with sports equipment, a Nintendo Wii and an assortment of Nintendo Wii games at the Simonds-Johnson Center in Jacksonville.
The homebuilder also donated $3,100 to use toward improvements at the center. Currently, the Simonds-Johnson Center is the site of the Boselli Foundation after school enrichment program. Lennar raised the monetary donation at its Sales Expert Academy held at the University of North Florida University Center last summer.
“Our Company is committed to giving back to the community and playing an active role in causes that our vital to the growth and sustainability of our region,” said Barbara Moore, President of Lennar’s Jacksonville division. “This was a great opportunity to work with the Boselli Foundation and our employees enjoyed spending time with the children helping them learn important life skills.”
The homebuilder is also working with the Boselli Foundation to help build its next community center in the Jacksonville area.
