Security Works ‘Like Clockwork’
Portland, OR, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- An employee at a Portland golf course said their Sonitrol Pacific security system worked “like clockwork” after police arrested a suspected burglar January 20.
Early in the morning, Operator Joseph Orsborn received activations of the audio security system in the Glendoveer Pro Shop. Listening to real-time audio, he heard a loud crash followed by faint whispering and called Portland Police.
Police arrived to find a broken window and used K9 units to track suspects. One person was caught and taken into custody. Officers believe a total of four people were involved and expect the one in custody to give them the names of the other three.
According to a representative from the business, police arrived before anything could be taken and everything with the Sonitrol Pacific audio security system “went like clockwork.”
