Contract Essentials - Workshop to be Held at the Amoskeag Business Incubator

Manchester, NH, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Commercial contracts play a significant role in the day-to-day operations of most businesses, and they are as numerous and diverse as the businesses they are used in. In this workshop, Attorney Gina Norris, of Wiggin & Nourie, P.A., will present essential issues for business owners to consider and address in their own contracts, whether the contracts be supply agreements, product purchase agreements, service contracts, development agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, marketing contracts, or other types of business agreements.

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, from noon to 1pm, in the conference room at the Amoskeag Business Incubator, located at 33 S. Commercial Street in Manchester.
