Consumers’ Choice Award® Recognizes Exovations® for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
Atlanta, GA, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The 2009 Consumers’ Choice Award®
On Saturday November 14, 2009 – Exovations was among more than 70 companies gathered at the Fox Theatre’s Egyptian Ballroom for the 2009 Consumers’ Choice Award® gala for business excellence. The award is based on a survey of residents and businesses in Greater Atlanta responding to a questionnaire on customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted by Survey Sampling International®, a global leader in customer satisfaction studies. The awards were hosted by WSB Action News Team, Linda Stouffer and Jim Strickland. This event marked the tenth anniversary of the Consumers’ Choice Award® in Atlanta.
The Consumers’ Choice Award®, established in 1986 to identify and promote business excellence, utilizes a unique survey that asks consumers to choose the best of their city. Respondents are randomly selected from both the business community and the general public. Based on the criteria of value, professionalism, service and any other issue they may wish to consider, respondents are asked to select the company that most merits the Consumers’ Choice Award® for business excellence.
This is the first year that Exovations is being recognized for the award in the category of Exterior Home Improvement Contractor. Exovations is a replacement contractor providing the replacement of siding, roofing, windows, decks, doors, and more to Georgia homeowners. “Our team is focused on giving our customers exceptional service along with a quality project, so it is gratifying to know that our efforts are working,” said Roone Unger, Owner and CEO of Exovations. “With this award comes the responsibility to not only maintain the high level of quality that our customers have come to expect from us, but also to improve on that quality every day.”
