Fort Worth, TX, January 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Calloway’s Nursery won Lawn and Garden Retailer Magazine’s 2009 Merchandiser of the Year Award by receiving the most votes out of four finalists in December.
The competition began in the fall of 2009 and visitors to Lawn and Garden’s website could vote for their favorite entry. Voting ended on Dec. 15. Calloway’s Nursery competed with Chalet, Matterhorn Nursery, and Habersham Gardens. Calloway’s Nursery was selected because of its festive fall merchandise and fall programs for adults and children, including the company’s annual Fall Harvest Festival held each October.
