Invent-Tech Posts Details of Award of Six Figure Judgment to Company Website

Coral Gables, FL, January 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Invention Technologies, Inc., a Coral Gables, Florida-based invention assistance firm, is pleased to announce that it has just posted the details of an award of a $125,000 judgment against a New Mexico-based inventor to their official company website. The inventor was found to have made multiple libelous and defamatory statements about the company in a public forum on the World Wide Web.

The inventor had submitted a posting on www.ripoffreport.com that Invention Technologies had used his idea for a digital picture frame for their own gain and profit without his consent, and that employees of the company had also threatened to harm him. The inventor had originally submitted the invention information to the company in 2005.

Invention Technologies, Inc. brought a civil suit against the inventor, case # 08-01483 CA 20, after being made aware of the existence of his statements. After finding that the allegations made by the inventor were completely without basis, the court ruled in the favor of Invention Technologies, Inc.

The Default Final Judgment was granted on October 15, 2008 in Miami-Dade County in which Invention Technologies was awarded $125,000 with interest at a statutory rate of 11% per annum.
