Tampa Bay PDMA Chapter Experiences Leadership Change
The local chapter of the Product Development & Management Association is announcing its new leadership, as well as near-term plans to introduce additional membership benefits for individuals, teams, and corporations.
Tampa, FL, January 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The new Board of Directors of Tampa Bay's chapter of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) will be announced at the group's first bi-monthly meeting of 2010, on January 26th, at the Walker Brands building at 1810 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33604, at 6:30pm. The announcement will be followed by a tour of the award-winning facility, as well as a talk by guest speaker Michael White, Director of Marketing for Raymond James Financial. The topic is timely: Product Branding and Brand Management During Challenging Global Market Conditions.
Under the leadership of new President Ernie Harris, and as part of the new Board's mission to increase membership, additional services will be offered to chapter members in the coming year, including a reference list of local business service providers and freelancers. The Board's hope is that this list provides a valuable resource in minimizing the time and effort required to source reputable functional services on a contract basis.
Ernie and the other Board members have also been working to schedule fascinating and informative speakers for each of its future networking events, including Dr. Jim Anderson (publisher of The Accidental Product Manager), Ginger Reichl (President of St. Petersburg's Pinstripe Marketing), and Richard Tait (author of Value Innovation Portfolio Management: Achieving Double-Digit Growth Through Customer Value).
