The Chairmen’s RoundTable Announces New Board Members
Non-profit organization gearing up for a return to strategic thinking in 2010
San Diego, CA, January 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego-based, non profit volunteer organization that provides gratis mentoring and business advice to CEOs and presidents of local, private businesses, today announced the appointment of four new board members: Holly Green, Michael Kucha, William Lofft, and David Thompson. Jeff Campbell will remain on for a second term as the Board Chairman.
“Last year was a tough one for many businesses,” said Jeff Campbell, Chairman of the CRT. “We’ve all tried to lend support where we can, but many businesses were in the mode of just keeping their head above water. I am hopeful we will start seeing a return to strategic thinking in 2010 as companies emerge from their sense of drowning and are ready to swim full speed ahead. This is where the CRT can play a vital role – strengthening San Diego, one company at a time.”
Holly G. Green will take on the role of CRT Chair, Marketing. She is the chief executive officer and managing director of The Human Factor, Inc., a full-service organizational and management consulting firm. Green has over 20 years of experience developing strategic plans and comprehensive business strategies for FORTUNE 100, entrepreneurial, and management consulting organizations
Michael J. Kucha has been appointed CRT Chief Financial Officer. He is the founder and managing director of Timeline Advisers, which advises privately held businesses and their owners facing a critical juncture. Kucha has over 30 years experience with public and private companies as a CEO, board member, corporate lawyer, venture capital investor, business owner and adviser.
William A. Lofft is now CRT Chair, Quality Assurance. He is the chief executive officer of ZuumCraft, Inc. which designs and manufactures personal electric vehicles to provide environmentally sensitive last mile transportation. Lofft has over 30 years of executive and financial management experience.
David M. Thompson was named Chair, Sponsor Development. He is a partner at Hutchinson & Bloodgood, LLP, a leading accounting and consulting firm. Thompson has worked as an accountant for over 30 years.
