SecuGen Fingerprint Sensor for I'iGuard ® LM520-FOSC
Access Control and Time Attendance – Presentation of Lucky Technology and Infordata Sistemi, that have chosen the SecuGen® SDA03M™ fingerprint independent sensor for iGuard®.
Trieste, Italy, January 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lucky Technology and Infordata Sistemi have chosen the SecuGen® SDA03M™ fingerprint independent sensor for iGuard®, the well-known popular device used in Access Control and Time Attendance processes.
The iGuard provides physical access control, time clock and time attendance functions at work, as a “plug and play” device in the stand-alone option or with multiple access points. The iGuard uses SecuGen fingerprint biometric technologies to verify the registered users. Additionally, it also incorporates Mifare® smart card technology, simple enough to be integrated in administrative software, has a web server, and is able to connect through LAN / VPN network or Internet.
iGuard has grown to become the product of preference for many applications where the most important benefit is web connection with the simplicity of use. The SecuGen SDA03M is extremely robust, precise and economical, because it was intended for long-lasting performance in high traffic and problematic environments. These sensors are widely recognized as the most efficient and convenient solutions, able to incorporate effectively fingerprints scanning and to match them in the third party devices.
Infordata, the distributor of Lucky Technology for Italy and Southern Europe, has already provided iGuard for the military facilities, public administration, in schools, universities, in manufacturing and production companies. Lucky has thought to integrate SecuGen sensor because its high quality allows the use in the most demanding environments for the physical access.
Infordata Sistemi was founded in the early 1997. Based in Trieste and with a growing presence in Europe, currently supplies the customers in Italy and Europe through its local partner’s network.
The optical sensor provider, SecuGen Corporation is the worldwide top supplier of the optical technology for fingerprint identification, tools and platforms aimed at information and physical protection. For example, SecuGen manufactures fingerprint readers and components certified by the FBI and its products are widely applied nowadays by worldwide-leading financial, medical, governmental, educational and corporate institutions, as they are well known for their superior quality, robustness, and optimal performance in a wide variety of applications and environmental conditions.
