Texas Self Storage Announces Legal Seminars for Self Storage Industry

Round Rock, TX, January 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Texas Self Storage Association has announced the dates and locations for two legal seminars as part of their Storage Education Series. These legal seminars should be of interest to self storage owners, managers and developers because of the recent changes following the legislative session. This is the first opportunity self-storage professionals in Texas will have to acquaint themselves with the critical changes made to vehicle and boat lien sale procedures.

The recently published TSSA Goldbook© will be available in time for distribution to attendees. As an extra bonus, all attendees at the TSSA Legal Seminars will receive a free copy of the newly released TSSA Auction Handbook: A Step-by-Step Guide to Self-Storage Foreclosures.

Anyone involved in self-storage is urged to attend one of these seminars to familiarize themselves with the laws affecting the self-storage industry in Texas. “We have seen an increase in the number of calls we get from members concerning lien sales procedures,” states TSSA Executive Director Ginny Sutton.
