NAWBO San Diego's February Meeting Focuses on Public Speaking

San Diego, CA, January 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that its February meeting will feature Brian Collins, presenting “Public Speaking: Your Best Marketing Tool.” The lunch event will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton La Jolla, 3299 Holiday Court.
Collins, a speaker coach, actor and spokesman, will provide tips to help attendees give anxiety-free presentations, including how to ace those critical first 10 seconds, how to stay on track, and how to speak with enthusiasm. He’ll also demonstrate a cutting-edge public speaking tool.
The NAWBO San Diego meeting will also feature great networking opportunities. Cost is $35 for members and $45 for visitors until 5 p.m. on Feb. 11, when it will increase $10. More information, including online registration, is available at nawbo-sd.org.
