Hotel Reservations Management Company Rebrands as Diversity Hotels
Company formerly known as Urban Hotels rebrands to take account of unexploited market niche.
Barcelona, Spain, January 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- As of today, Jan 30 2010, the company formerly known as Urban - Charming Hotels has rebranded as Diversity Hotels (www.diversityhotels.com). Due to growing requests for inclusion from hotels meeting the entrance criteria but which were not framed in an urban environment, the decision was taken to change the company’s vision and mission in order to embrace these interested parties. The change of vision and mission brought about the need to rebrand, and this was subsequently realized.
Commercial Director Daniel López Sinués says that “With this timely change, we reinforce the company name for the end user, who can have greater confidence in finding an appropriate solution to their diverse hotel requirements, and be able to book the right hotel at the right price for their needs. Simultaneously, it allows the company to move into a market niche that obviously has need of greater representation, bringing additional revenue to the hotels and providing a stronger and more diverse business model for the company at the same time”.
The company was launched in October 2009, with the aim of providing a resource for hotels linked by warmth, charm and style, rather than the typical differentiators of price or star rating. Operating primarily via the Internet, the company’s web platform facilitates the booking of such hotels while reducing costs by reducing reliance on expensive intermediary reservations platforms.
