Chicago real estate company Dream Town is pleased to welcome Alan Candea to its team of residential specialists. Mr. Candea joined the brokerage this January. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, he is a licensed general contractor and developer in the Chicagoland area.

He co-owns and operates his own development company, which specializes in small-scale condominium construction and luxury home building. In the last six years, Mr. Candea has completed two dozen condo projects, including gut rehabs of 4 to 6-unit buildings. His custom home ventures are generally high-end residences in the price range of $1 million to $3 million.
