Demand-Led Expansion of Avanta’s City Centre

London, United Kingdom, February 03, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Exceptional demand for high quality serviced office space in the City of London has resulted in Avanta expanding the size of its business centre at 9 Devonshire Square by occupying an additional floor in the building. This expansion of the business centre will add a further 15,407 sq ft to the 29,000 sq ft that it already occupies in the building and will be available for clients to occupy from mid March.
