Impact Announces PrimeNet Acquistion

Minneapolis, MN, February 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Impact Proven Solutions Acquires the St. Paul-Based Operations of PrimeNet

Impact Proven Solutions announced today it has acquired the St. Paul Mailing Service Operation of PrimeNet Marketing Services from Journal Communications headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.

The acquisition strengthens Impact’s core business and allows customers to receive a broader range of creative-data-print-mail-email and marketing services along with order processing and pick & pack fulfillment services. The increased breadth of services will offer strategic advantages to Impact’s current customers and to the newly acquired customers.

Impact CEO, Tim Johnson said, “We sincerely believe this will prove to be a win-win for existing and new customers. We plan to consolidate PrimeNet’s operation into our 160,000 sq ft facility in Minneapolis. A prominent factor driving this decision is the changing industry landscape.
