Decotique, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Celebrates Second Anniversary Art Deco Style

Owner Kate Butler announced the Grand Opening of Decotique.com in February, 2008, specializing in Art Deco, Moderne Era Antiques - a shop whose goal to help fight CF is personal. Having lost a daughter to CF several years ago, she had been seeking a fitting memorial in celebration of Jessica's life. With plans in the works of starting her own business, Kate wanted to find a way to combine her passion for The Moderne Era as a loving tribute to Jess as well as an effective tool to help others. Kate and her family were appreciative of the kindness shown by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation during their daughter's illness and felt they had to find a way to give something back. While sharing her love for the Moderne Era, Kate's goal is to reach new audiences in order to raise awareness of the disease.
