Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm, has appointed Kristina Vaivadaite as a new Partner and co-owner of Pedersen & Partners.

She has extensive experience in conducting senior level executive search assignments across the Baltic countries and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Vaivadaite has successfully completed searches within FMCG, retail, financial services, real estate and other main sectors.

In addition to her native Lithuanian, she also speaks fluent English and Russian.
