Another Award for Nu-Heat’s Training Centre
They just keep on coming.
Honiton, United Kingdom, February 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Nu-Heat’s training team was ‘thrilled to bits’ to learn that the training centre had won the Training Initiative of the Year category in the CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) Low Carbon Performance Awards.
Training Centre Manager Steve Rhodes attended the awards ceremony at the Grosvenor Park Hotel on February 3rd along with Marketing Manager Heather Oliver.
The Training Initiative of the Year Award, sponsored by Summit Skills, is aimed at a company or organisation in the consultancy, contracting or other sectors that can demonstrate best practice in training and continuous professional development.
The judges said of winner Nu-Heat; ‘It was encouraging to see this centre’s sustainable technology, and quantifying what they’re doing.’
This award follows hot on the heels of the National Training Award received in January. Steve and his team were mildly disappointed not to receive an Oscar nomination. ‘But there’s always next year,’ says Steve.
