Bill Alter Announces Formation of Self Storage Commercial Brokerage Team

Scottsdale, AZ, February 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Bill Alter, Managing Director of the Self Storage Group at Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate announced that Denise Nunez has joined the firm as a sales agent and will work with Alter as a member of the AZ Self Storage Specialist Team.

Ms. Nunez brings with her more than 20 years executive level experience, most recently serving as a division president of MiniCo, Inc., an international self-storage service provider. Nunez is also founder and CEO of a strategic marketing firm that has helped privately held companies with the launch of new product offerings. Prior positions also include asset management, fundraising, strategic planning and new product development for mid-size companies including Friess Associates, Petros Capital and VPI Companies.
