Burlington, MA, February 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- nSight, Inc., an educational and technical content development and communications services firm, has hired veteran executive coach and staffing expert Tess Kastning as the new vice president of staffing services. Kastning will oversee client staffing needs and projects, particularly in the areas of e-learning, software and technology, finance, medical, biomedical, and pharmaceuticals, with a focus on helping companies to identify potential areas of growth and establish attainable goals.

“Tess brings a mindset of creative problem solving and mentoring to her role,” said Thomas E. LeBlanc, president and CEO of nSight. “Her experience as an entrepreneur and consultant, and as a past vice president of both large and small staffing and recruitment firms, makes her ideally suited to join the nSight management team, furthering our mission of helping educators, trainers, and communicators create and publish outstanding content and learning materials across multiple media.”

Kastning has held VP positions in staffing and recruiting companies such as Eliassen Group and Kenda Systems, and she has served as a chairperson for Vistage, the world’s largest CEO membership organization. She has also been a successful independent consultant and entrepreneur since 2001, having founded and operated Cor Performance Resources, LLC, a business development, sales performance, and leadership coaching firm.

“I’ve worked with nSight over the last several years as a consultant and I have developed admiration and respect for the integrity and exacting standards with which the company does business,” said Kastning. “My goal is to grow the already talented and hard-working staffing division by expanding the sales team and hiring strong recruiters. Our team will help clients build their organizations in a strategic manner, especially in the areas of e-learning, technical publications, quality assurance, and web development.”

Tess specializes in strategic execution to help companies meet sales and ROI goals through sustainable efforts. “She has an ability to assess situations and employee strengths and coach staff to improve performance by challenging them to think outside the box and address weaknesses head-on,” said LeBlanc.
