Zoum Optimist Sets Itself Apart at the Orange Bowl Regatta

Boca Raton, FL, February 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Zoum Optimist won top honors in the Orange Bowl International Regatta hosted by Coral Reef Yacht Club in Miami Fl last month.

The Zoum continued to earn a disproportionate share of honors on the race course. Fifty percent (50%) of Zoum Racers competing earned medals including First Girl, and medals in all classes of Red, Blue, White & Green Fleets.

Zoum sailors include some of the best known sailing names in the country. Some sailors transported their boats to Florida from around the US rather than charter “new” boats from other manufacturers. Those that transported boats came from NY, CT, WI, & TX. When asked why, they said they trusted their Zoum racers and felt comfortable in them.
