Wayne, PA, February 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Deacom, Inc. announces that the 2010 course schedule for DEACOM® University, an accredited ERP training program dedicated to educating users in all areas of the DEACOM Integrated Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System, is now available at www.deacom.net. The schedule will include new course additions, including DEACOM® Contact Management.
DEACOM® University courses are offered monthly, over a two-day period at Deacom headquarters in Wayne, Pa. Full classroom instruction is provided to attendees during the first day, with course concepts applied on the second day to attendees' live data using remote connectivity. This format allows attendees to accurately complete reports and functional processes by course end, giving attendees takeaway items that relate directly to their real-world business functions.
"I was able to get more done in two days than I could have in weeks," said one attendee of a DEACOM® Financial Statements course. "The hands-on application blended with classroom training was a perfect combination of the academic and the practical, which really helped bring me to the next level in managing our ERP system."
DEACOM ERP accounting software is designed for mid-to-large sized manufacturers of building components, modular buildings, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, adhesives and sealants, paint and coatings, food and beverages, and cosmetics that have complex requirements. DEACOM seamlessly manages all areas of these businesses, including inventory and lot control, production scheduling, formulation, full links to engineering design software, accounting and financials, sales order entry, purchasing, regulatory reporting, and labor tracking, in a single ERP software system.
Attendees are eligible to receive continuing professional education (CPE) credits from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) for each course.
