Concord, NH, February 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- New Hampshire custom home builder Zetland Homes LLC announces their Winter 2010 Planning and Building Seminar. This is a must attend event for home buyers interested in building a new custom home. Information will be presented on the steps needed to build a new home: Design, Land selection and evaluation, and Financing. Includes a discussion of the Energy Star and Build Green NH programs so buyers can take advantage of current tax and utility incentives.

Zetland Homes LLC is a leader in building green and energy efficient homes.
