Saddlerock Ranch Historic B & B Announces New Management
A one time haven for Hollywood stars of yore. Stay at Saddlerock Ranch and you can say you slept where The Duke did… as well as Jimmy Stewart, Randolph Scott, Arlene Dahl, and Hopalong Cassidy.
Sedona, AZ, February 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Arna Vodenos, owner of the award-winning historic country estate, Saddlerock Ranch Historic B&B, is pleased to announce that it is now under new management. Jan McCracken assumed the responsibilities of General Manager/Innkeeper and Director of Sales & Marketing/Concierge this week.
McCracken’s experience as a former bed and breakfast owner/innkeeper in Branson, Missouri, 18 years of property management in southern California coupled with an extensive marketing background, lends well to providing expert and personalized service in her new management role at Saddlerock Ranch.
Catering to groups, weddings, special occasions and individuals, this historic ranch house is a former late 1920’s dude ranch constructed of native materials. The original flagstone floors, timber-beam ceilings, red rock walls and natural rock fireplaces add to the charm of this “step back in time” in the comforts of today.
Sitting atop several Airport Mesa hillside acres, Saddlerock is just a short hike to one of Sedona's largest energy vortexes and backs up to the Coconino National Forest. Selected by Frommers as, “the B & B with the best views in Sedona,” Saddlerock revels in its’ 14-foot windows presenting stunning panoramic red rock vistas stretching from Cockscomb to the west and past Submarine (Steamboat) Rock and Oak Creek Canyon to the east.
Cozy guest suites have stone fireplaces, cable TV, small refrigerators and spectacular views. High-speed internet service is available on the entire Ranch, even poolside.
The sparkling outdoor pool and spa, surrounded in the natural wonderment of the red rocks, are added amenities for guests to relax and soak up all of Sedona. McCracken, in her short time in Sedona, smiles as she coins the phrase, “Sedona’s Best… Romance or Rest,” in reference Saddlerock Ranch.
