DNA Diagnostics Centre UK Opens the Walk-in DNA Testing Facility
DNA Diagnostics Centre (DDC) has performed genetic tests for over 1 million clients around the world and now launches its walk-in centre in West London, UK.
London, United Kingdom, February 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- DNA Diagnostics Centre (DDC), the leading international DNA testing laboratory, recently opened a UK ‘walk-in’ DNA testing facility. The facility is based in Hammersmith, West London and enables private clients, social services, law & immigration organisations to receive professional assistance on a range of DNA testing services DDC offers.
DDC is recognised worldwide for its excellent service and reliable DNA test results, which are often used to establish biological family ties in immigration cases, to resolve paternity disputes, and to provide peace of mind where there is doubt regarding a family relationship. DDC Laboratories Inc is approved by the Ministry of Justice to carry out parentage tests directed by the civil courts in England and Wales under section 20 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969.
Rebecca Butler, Operations Manager of DNA Diagnostics Centre UK, states, ‘We work with a number of family law and immigration specialists and opening our facility for clients, enables the process to be completed without delays. Taking a DNA test can cause anxiety for those involved and we want them to feel comfortable and have the full procedure explained to them. Clients that require a DNA test for a legal matter, can now qualify for their parties DNA samples to be collected free of charge from our London office. We handle all legal aspects and administration as part of our service and as our team is multi-lingual we can assist on all international cases requiring a DNA test.’
As the demand for DNA testing throughout the UK continues to grow, it’s essential for clients to be wary of many companies that operate, yet do not have their own laboratory.
Dan Leigh, head of international marketing, adds, ‘Whilst some companies operate out of PO Boxes or virtual offices, and only offer DNA testing kits via the mail, DDC will open its doors to the public providing a full and legally certified service. At an emotional time such as this, our clients need peace of mind that they’re dealing with a reputable and accredited testing laboratory.’
