This session will provide critical insight regarding:
- Tools and best practices for preventing and identifying FCPA risks and potential violations of law;
- Practical steps for minimizing third party agent risk;

- How to respond when a potential FCPA violation is discovered.
The Knowledge Group is producing a Live web cast which will explore the issues and concerns surrounding strengthened enforcement actions and will provide valuable information and analysis. The Anti-Corruption Compliance and Enforcement - Minimizing Your Risk Live Webcast is for: Executives, Compliance Officers, and Corporate Counsel.
