Seattle, WA, February 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- MVP Sports League, a new recreational sports league opens in Seattle; New website launch to coincide with the opening of the fall 2010 spring flag football season.

Imperial Flag Football League announces today the change of its corporate name to MVP Sports League and the launch of it’s brand new website to coincide with opening of registration for the spring 2010 flag football season. "We had such a succesfull and positive turnout to our first season, we knew we needed to restructure to look at the larger opportunities ahead” said Patrick Crowthers, President and Founding partner of MVP Sports League. “Looking forward with new goals in mind we knew we needed a new name that reflected not just flag football but a larger vision of more sports leagues that we want to offer recreational athletes in the northwest area.”

Patrick Crowthers and Brandon Walton the original founders of The Imperial Flag Football league have teamed up with Ric Mineard a local recreational athlete and founder of Pixelpure Media graphic design studio, to come up with the vision of MVP Sports. “We want to offer a sports league that provides all the details and benefits that other leagues in the area are lacking, wether your an ex college athlete a weekend warrior or just an average everyday player, we want you to come away feeling like you got your money's worth” said Ric Mineard.

"Our goal is for every single participant to feel special and come away feeling like the most valuable player, because in our eyes they are. everyone will be able to view game pics and highlight reels of there teams favorite plays just like the pros" said Brandon Walton. "We are focusing on men’s and co-ed flag football at the moment but our vision is to offer many more sports leagues in the future".
