The mission of the Concept User Group is to promote the collaboration of members and FSI, discussing the evolvement of Concept through frank, open and constructive debate.
Launched by FSI in 2004, Tune in to FM is an external networking programme for the discussion of initiatives in the Facilities and Maintenance Management sector. Previous topics include: the role of the BIFM, FMA and i-FM in the FM industry, energy management, career trends in FM, facilities value management and benchmarking, and the importance of CAFM.
Concept users who unable to attend the User Group meetings and Tune in to FM seminars can keep informed and participate in knowledge sharing via the Concept Online User Forum.
FSI is an active participant in the following industry exhibitions: BIFM Conference & Exhibition (April, London), The Facilities Show (May, Birmingham NEC) and Total Workplace Management (October, London), as well as various sector exhibitions and conferences.
