Ingredients:
1/2 cup Orange marmalade
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Directions: In a small saucepan add marmalade, mustard, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Stir to blend all ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add hot duck wings and toss to coat. Serve hot. Can also be served on the side.
Asian BBQ Sauce for Duck Wings
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1/2 tsp. Hot pepper sauce
Directions: Combine all ingredients well. Let sauce sit for 15 minutes. Coat hot duck wings and place in oven or on the grill for 3-4 minutes. Note: It’s best if the duck wings still have 3-4 minutes left of their original cooking time.
